Service Account

Description

A service account refers to a credential provided by xcaliber for the purpose of authenticating a service or external entity. A service account key is considered persistent, remaining valid until explicitly revoked or rotated.

A service account allows for authentication with an API or the generation of other user tokens, such as JWTs.

Upon instance creation, a master service account is provisioned, granting full access to the xcaliber instance. In the event of a compromised token, kindly reach out to our support team for prompt assistance.
